During their state visit to Indonesia His Majesty the King Willem Alexander and Her Majesty the Queen Maxima of The Netherlands have met the Dutch community in Indonesia.
Westerlaken foundation was represented during this meeting by Rodney Westerlaken, founder of the foundation and Shandy Wijaya, sekretaris of the Indonesian counterpart Yayasan Bali Bersih.
During the Royal visit Rodney Westerlaken was invited to speak one on one with His Majesty the King about current issues regarding children rights in Bali.
We would like to thank His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen for their time and the Dutch Embassy in Jakarta for the organization of the event and the recognition for Westerlaken Foundation.
